MedHome No-Refund Policy
This No-Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to payments for services provided by MedHome. Please review this policy carefully.
1. General Policy Statement
All payments made to MedHome for home healthcare services, medical equipment, medical supplies, consultations, or related administrative fees are non-refundable.
This policy applies regardless of the source of payment (including the patient, family member, guardian, legal representative, or third-party payer).
2. Services and Payment
MedHome provides personalized care and allocates resources—including clinical staff scheduling, preparation of medical supplies, travel arrangements, and administrative coordination—based on your agreed-upon care plan.
Once services have been rendered, they cannot be reversed or undone.
Therefore:
All fees paid for services already provided are considered fully earned by MedHome and are non-refundable.
3. Payment Disputes and Insurance
If an insurance provider or other third-party payer (such as Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance) denies coverage or later recoups a payment:
• Patient Responsibility
The patient (or responsible party) remains financially responsible for the full cost of services, as outlined in their patient financial agreement.
• Overpayments
If MedHome receives an overpayment—for example, due to duplicate payments by both the patient and an insurance company—MedHome will refund only the overpaid amount to the appropriate party.
Refunds for overpayments will be issued after a full reconciliation of all charges and payments, typically within [Insert timeframe, e.g., 30–60 days] after the payment has cleared.
4. Cancellation and Termination
This No-Refund Policy operates separately from MedHome’s cancellation and termination policies.
• Future Service Cancellation
If you cancel or terminate future scheduled services, you will not be charged for services not yet rendered.
However, payments made for services already delivered prior to cancellation remain non-refundable.
• Equipment Rental / Purchase
Payments for medical equipment or supplies that are non-returnable due to hygiene standards, customization, or regulatory restrictions are non-refundable once the items have been delivered or used.
5. Exceptions
Exceptions to this No-Refund Policy may be considered only at the sole discretion of MedHome management.
Any approved exception must be:

By accepting services from MedHome, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to this No-Refund Policy.
